Four Leaf Clovers and How to Find Them

One of the most common mistakes people make when they’re looking for four leaf clovers is that they’re actually looking at plants that aren’t clovers at all. They’re looking for wood sorrels. In this science short, I wanted to point out what is and what is NOT a clover.

Now I hope you know a bit about what you’re looking for. Clovers are truly unique and a four-leaf one, even more so. It’s a fantastic activity to get your kids to do if they’re in the backyard. Clovers are almost always mixed into our lawns!
